Principais responsabilidades
- Executar atividades de montagem elétrica conforme instruções de trabalho e requisitos técnicos
- Cumprir rigorosamente normas e procedimentos de segurança
- Utilizar e zelar pelos Equipamentos de Proteção Individual (EPIs)
- Realizar autoinspeção e inspeção mútua durante o processo produtivo
- Apoiar o líder de equipe na execução das metas diárias de produção
- Identificar e reportar desvios ou anomalias no processo
- Seguir padrões de qualidade e registrar atividades conforme procedimentos
- Contribuir com iniciativas de melhoria contínua e produção enxuta
- Realizar inspeções diárias e manutenção básica de equipamentos e ferramentas
- Manter organização do posto de trabalho conforme metodologia 6S
- Apoiar práticas de redução de custos e aumento de eficiência operacional
Requisitos
- Curso técnico obrigatório em Eletrotécnica, Automação ou Mecatrônica
- Conhecimento em leitura e interpretação de diagramas elétricos e documentos técnicos
- Experiência com montagem elétrica industrial (desejável)
- Conhecimento das normas de segurança elétrica (NR-10)
- Habilidade com ferramentas manuais, elétricas, pneumáticas e instrumentos de medição
- Disponibilidade para atuação presencial
