What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement energy efficiency programs
- Analyze data and provide insights to drive program improvements and optimize performance
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders
- Monitor and report on program progress, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
- Identify and pursue opportunities for program expansion and growth
- Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, environmental science, business)
- 3+ years of experience in program management, energy efficiency, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Knowledge of energy efficiency programs and policies is a plus
