Job Description

And behind every service team in the field, there is a well‑organized, reliable fleet that keeps projects running safely and on time.

We are looking for a Fleet Assistant to join our Fleet Department, supporting the daily operation of company vehicles used by our technicians and project teams.
Location: Lubczyńska 6, Szczecin
Your role - why it matters
As a Fleet Assistant, you will be part of the team that ensures our technicians can reach wind farms safely, smoothly and on schedule.
You will work closely with the Fleet Manager and Fleet Specialist, taking care of vehicle documentation, handovers and rentals - the operational backbone of FairWind's projects.
Your qualifications
- Communicative English (minimum B2 level)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Practical, hands‑on approach and willingness to support daily operations
- Ability to work with documentation and juggle multiple tasks at once
- Team player with a proactive, service‑minded attitude
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
Your Role
- Managing and maintaining fleet and vehicle documentation
- Preparing and completing vehicle handover checklists, damage reports and return documents
- Supporting the rental, return and availability of company vehicles
- Handling vehicle and fuel card handovers for employees and subcontarctors
- Communicating with internal users and external suppliers to ensure smooth fleet operations
- Supporting daily fleet operations and ongoing projects
- Verifying and processing financial documents related to vehicle rentals

- Experience in car rental, logistics, administration or a similar operational role
