Seit 2019 planen und installieren wir Photovoltaikanlagen auf Mehrfamilienhäusern, Gewerbedächern und privaten Gebäuden. Unser Team verbindet Handwerk, Technik und Sinn für nachhaltige Energie - mit einem klaren Ziel: mehr Solarstrom auf Hamburgs Dächer bringen.

Für unser wachsendes Team suchen wir ab sofort für 10 bis 20 Stunden in der Woche eine:n Werkstudent:in Projektmanagement & Prozessentwicklung (PV & Wärmepumpen) mit Interesse an erneuerbaren Energien.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung beim Aufbau und der Optimierung interner Prozesse
  • Digitalisierung von Planungs- und Arbeitsabläufen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Strukturierung und Standardisierung von Projektprozessen
  • Unterstützung der Projektmanager:innen im Tagesgeschäft
  • Aufbau und Pflege einer Leistungsdatenbank als Schnittstelle zwischen Planung und Montage

Dein Profil

  • Laufendes Studium, z. B. im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik, Energie - und Umwelttechnik oder vergleichbar
  • Interesse an erneuerbaren Energien und technischen Zusammenhängen
  • Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und Affinität zu digitalen Tools
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement oder in der Prozessoptimierung von Vorteil
  • Teamfähigkeit und Eigeninitiative
  • Führerscheinklasse B von Vorteil
