Job Description

You already know how dynamic and demanding the wind industry can be - where project success depends on having the right people with the right skills at the right time.

If you have experience in resource planning, training, or working with technicians in this sector and are ready to take on more ownership and impact, this role might be for you.

We're looking for someone who understands the operational reality and wants to actively improve it - by supporting optimal workforce utilization, ensuring training readiness, and supporting technician development across the region.

Your qualifications

  • Experience in resource planning, training coordination, or similar roles in the wind or technical services industry
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset with confidence in working with data (Excel or similar tools)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across functions and cultures
  • Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership
  • Experience in technical industries (e.g., wind, construction, energy, services) is a strong advantage

Your Role

  • Allocating technicians to projects based on competencies, certifications, and business needs, ensuring optimal utilization and cost efficiency
  • Planning technician rotations, availability, and deployment across projects
  • Building and maintaining training plans aligned with the project pipeline, including identification of training gaps
  • Coordinating training activities with regional training centers and ensuring clear communication to technicians
  • Maintaining accurate certification records and ensuring compliance before deployment
  • Acting as the main point of contact for technicians regarding planning and administrative matters
  • Contributing input to technician development discussions
