Job Description
Responsibilities
- Understand plant layout, as built drawings, SLD and equipment specifications to support filed team
- Schedule PM activities and get it implemented to maintain plant availability at max
- Prepare and maintain test reports, checklist for PM/CM of all equipment in a solar power plant and standard operation procedures (SPO's) for regular plant operations
- Track and maintain plant operational parameters like, radiation, generation, breakdown, performance ration, plant availability, grid availability...et
- Track plant and contractor performance with regards to target KPI
- Evaluate plant financial and contractual performance and implement measures to improve the same
- Data analysis and performance improvement of PV plant
- Classify all the required spares as per failure history and OEM recommendation and define Min-Max levels of all spares and make sure inventory is maintained within in Min-Max Invoice customer based as per PPA
- Develop filed quality plan (FQP) and maintain its effective implementation for ongoing projects
- Monthly JMR and Generate invoice based on PPA and submit to customer Collect all required drawings and documents from projects team and execute smooth HOT
Requirement
- Well versed with KW to MW scale solar power plant.
- Data collection, analysis and reporting skills.
- Well versed with equipment maintenance procedures and schedule of maintenance.
- Wellversed with Microsoft word, Excel, PPT, Power.
- Experience in Management of O&M contract.
- Experience maintaining BESS system.
- Well versed with LV, HV and DC equipment maintenance and test procedure.
- Well versed maintenance procedures of transmission line up to 400KV.
- Understand the PPA's of different SPV's and communicate relevant information to customer including invoice.
- Well versed with inventory management.
- Wellversed with understanding electrical drawings, SLD's and plant layout.
- Wellversed with Quality procedures and filed quality plan Fluent in English and flexible with shift schedule.
