Would you like to help ensure a more sustainable future? Vestas is currently looking for unskilled workers with experience in production work. We are looking for someone who wants to help ensure quality and prioritize safety and well-being in the workplace.

Being hired as a production worker at Vestas is not just about experience, it's about motivation, curiosity, and interest in learning new things. Through thorough training and instruction, we will provide you with all the tools to become skilled at making wind turbines. The Nakskov factory produces blades for our offshore wind turbines; the factory is an epoxy workplace, so everyone must complete an epoxy course or have a certificate no older than 5 years.

This posting is for those who thrive on working 12-hour shifts, either day or night.

Qualifications

  • You are in good physical shape and accustomed to standing and walking throughout the workday.
  • It is advantageous if you have experience with 5S and Lean.
