Job Description

To support and execute quality assurance and quality control activities in manufacturing and assembly operations. Ensure compliance to quality standards through inspections, data analysis, documentation, non-conformance management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to address customer-specific quality requirements, analyze customer feedback, and identify improvement opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction. Assist in maintaining the Quality Management System by supporting the development, update, and control of procedures, work instructions, and quality documentation.

How you'll make an impact

  • Manufacturing Quality Assurance: Participate in risk assessments (PFMEA) and support implementation of risk mitigation actions.
  • Quality Control: Perform routine inspections and audits of materials, processes, and products as per QMS quality control points.
  • Process Performance: Support analysis of process and quality data and assist in preparing performance and KPI reports.
  • Non-Conformance Management: Raise NCRs in ERP systems, ensure containment actions, and support root cause analysis and CAPA closure. Communicate non-conformities clearly and maintain accurate quality records and documentation.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and quality.
  • Functional Competencies: Apply systematic problem-solving methodologies to identify root causes and preventive actions.
  • Change Management: Support change implementation by promoting improvements and adapting to new processes.
  • Continuous Improvement Process Management: Contribute to process Improvement by identifying waste and supporting standardized, efficient workflows.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or electrical & Electronics Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing / Process Quality
  • Quality Management System and Auditing
  • Experience with NCR, CAPA, root cause analysis & Problem-solving tools
  • Control Plans, SOPs, Work Instructions
  • Customer complaint handling and escalation management
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
