Ready for your next career step? Join our Renewables Division as an experienced OT Security Architect with Line Manager ambitions. You will take architectural ownership of large-scale EPC substation projects, lead a strong OT Security team, and deliver robust OT security solutions that support the green transition.
In your new position as OT Security Architect & Team Lead in the Renewables division, you will be a valuable member of the dedicated OT Security Team whose mission is to ensure strong, consistent OT security deliveries. You will have the chance to combine your strong technical foundation with people leadership. Above all, your work will make a real change for the global energy sector.
Your place of work will be either at our Global HQ located in Esbjerg or at our office in Copenhagen depending on your preference. The position is full-time, and you can expect to travel 10-30 days per year.

Your tasks & responsibilities
As OT Security Architect & Team Lead, you will be responsible for setting the overall direction for OT Security within Renewables.
Your tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Leading and managing the OT Security team, including hiring, onboarding, training and coaching.
- Owning performance and quality across the OT Security discipline.
- Ensuring technical coherence and reuse of OT Security solutions across projects.
- Coordinating, delegating, and prioritizing project activities and tasks.
- Defining and implementing OT/cybersecurity architecture at solution level, based on accepted industry best practice and standards such as IEC 62443 and the NIS & NIS 2 directives
- Defining OT security products, templates, and standards for OT Security and supporting infrastructure.
- Acting as advisor or subject-matter expert within infrastructure, identity and access management, and logging/monitoring.
- Translating customer-specific OT/cybersecurity requirements into substation designs across systems and subsystems (e.g. SCADA, LV, HVAC, auxiliary systems).
Your profile & qualifications

To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant OT Security experience from a similar role, preferably from the energy industry (offshore wind is an advantage).
- A BSc or MSc within the field of IT-security, Computer Science, Electrical/Automation Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Solid experience with OT Security standards, in particular IEC 62443, and knowledge of the NIS & NIS 2 directives.
- Leadership experience through line management or project leadership (an advantage).
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across disciplines and projects.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
