Rattaché(e) à la Direction Financière du groupe, vous jouez un rôle clé dans le pilotage de la performance de l'entreprise. À ce titre, vos principales missions seront :
Développement des procédures et outils de gestion
- Développer et mettre en place des outils de reporting à destination des managers, des opérationnels et de la direction.
- Concevoir des tableaux de bord mensuels d'activité conformément aux directives du Groupe et aux besoins opérationnels en France.
- Veiller au respect des procédures internes.
- Prévisions et planification financière
- Réaliser des analyses économiques et financières.
- Élaborer le plan à moyen terme.
- Participer à la construction des forecasts en intégrant les écarts et événements de la période.
- Produire les états financiers prévisionnels sur un horizon de trois ans, en cohérence avec les objectifs stratégiques.
Analyse et reporting
- Collecter et fiabiliser les données impactant les résultats de l'entreprise.
- Analyser mensuellement les performances en identifiant les écarts entre réalisé, budget et objectifs.
- Produire le reporting mensuel à destination du Groupe dans le respect des délais et des normes.
- Rédiger des notes de synthèse sur l'activité.
Pilotage du processus budgétaire
- Recueillir, analyser et consolider les données budgétaires issues des différents départements.
- Élaborer les documents de synthèse budgétaire.
Profil recherché
- Formation supérieure en finance, gestion ou équivalent (Bac+5).
- Expérience significative en contrôle de gestion dans un contexte international. Excellente maîtrise des outils bureautiques, notamment Excel.
- Bonne capacité d'analyse et de synthèse. Rigueur, autonomie et sens de l'organisation.
- Bon relationnel et capacité à interagir avec des interlocuteurs variés.
- La maîtrise de l'anglais est indispensable. L'espagnol est un plus.
