Job Description
Skeleton's Talent Acquisition team is looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Partner (m/f/x) with the vision to match our ambition! It's a dynamic role that covers activities from employer branding initiatives to sourcing, interviewing, contract negotiations, and handover to the onboarding process.
What you'll do
- Cover full-cycle recruitments: being a sparring partner for the hiring manager, compiling job descriptions, advertising, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, qualifying and assessing candidates using different evaluation methods.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with candidates.
- Prepare onboarding activities together with People team (preparing the information in HRIS, giving input for payroll, advising the IT department regarding the needed equipment, etc.).
- Support and train the hiring managers in the hiring process.
- Supporting relocation activities.
- Supporting employer branding initiatives and activities, working closely with marketing and the rest of the People Department (campaigns, marketing channels, job fairs, etc.).
- Being proactively involved with development projects for improving recruitment (assessment process, ATS, etc.).
Requirements
To succeed in this position, you'll need:
- Previous experience in a similar role where your have covered all steps in the recruitment process, preferably in Technology field including engineering and tech roles.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools, and applicant tracking/management systems (ATS).
- You are curious not only about people but also about their motivation and their fit into our agile and fast-paced company culture.
- Experience in supporting relocations (documentation, immigration processes, Ausländerbehörde).
- You have a good judgment of character.
- You feel confident in negotiations and getting to know the core reasons.
- You are fluent in English. German language would be a huge plus.
- University degree in technical or business subject.
- Ability to work with contemporary AI tools and platforms to improve efficiency and speed.
