  • Manage the hotline and ticket system for distributors, installers, and end-users in Germany.
  • Provide comprehensive training to distributors and installers within the designated region.
  • Execute onsite troubleshooting and commissioning activities as needed in the region.
  • Participate in pre-sale customer visits alongside account managers in the local market.
  • Develop, record, and document FAQs and online courses for the German region.
  • Generate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports for the regional department center.

Your profile

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent field.
  • Possess at least 3 years of work experience in after-sales or technical support roles within the PV/ESS/O&M sector, with a preference for inverter experience.
  • Demonstrate strong passion, desire, and motivation for success.
  • Exhibit fluent English and German language skills at a C1 level; additional Chinese language skills are a valuable asset.
  • Be a quick learner with a keen interest in expanding knowledge within the clean-tech industry.
  • Display excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office and possess the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Be prepared for business travel of 30%-35% of your working time between the local market and the EU department center.
