HVAC Install Team (Helper + Installer Roles)

Job Description

Our HVAC team is growing, and we're looking for one experienced Installer/Technician and two HVAC Helpers to join the crew.

Whether you're just getting started or already know your way around installs, this is a chance to work on real projects, build skills fast, and be part of a team that actually supports your growth (not just throws you in an attic and hopes for the best).

What You'll Be Doing

HVAC Installer / Technician (Experienced Role)

You'll take the lead on installs and service work, making sure systems are running efficiently and built to last.

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues
• Perform routine maintenance and system optimization
• Install and replace equipment as needed
• Calibrate controls and ensure proper system performance
• Plan and execute system layouts and installations
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites

HVAC Helper (Entry-Level Role)

You'll support the install team while learning the trade hands-on.

• Assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of AC systems
• Handle tools, materials, and job site setup
• Help clean and prep equipment (coils, blowers, filters)
• Support lifting, positioning, and securing equipment
• Learn to identify basic mechanical and electrical issues
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

What We're Looking For

For Both Roles

• Comfortable working in:
  • Hot spaces (attics, roofs, crawl spaces)
  • Outdoor and changing weather conditions
  • Environments with dust, noise, and high-voltage equipment
• Physically capable of lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and follow processes

Additional for Installer / Technician

• Experience in HVAC installation and service preferred
• Strong understanding of system components, controls, and troubleshooting
• Ability to read and interpret building codes and regulations
• Experience designing or planning system layouts is a plus

Additional for Helpers

• No experience required (but helpful if you have basic mechanical or electrical knowledge)
• Strong interest in HVAC, construction, or renewable energy
• Quick learner who takes direction well
