Ihre Aufgaben

  • Abwicklung von Bestellungen (national/international) inkl. Abstimmung von Seefrachten mit Logistikdienstleistern
  • Termin‑, kosten‑ und qualitätsgerechte Beschaffung von Waren und Dienstleistungen
  • Pflege von Lieferantenstammdaten, Preisen und Konditionen im ERP‑System
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Logistik, Vertrieb und internen Fachabteilungen
  • Überwachung von Lieferterminen und Bearbeitung von Abweichungen und Reklamationen
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Einkaufsprozessen
  • Steuerung von Zahlungsströmen und Einhaltung von Kreditrahmen

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im operativen Einkauf oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
  • Kenntnisse im internationalen Einkauf, Seefracht und Incoterms von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS‑Office, Kenntnisse in Microsoft Dynamics NAV von Vorteil
  • Sie agieren auf Basis eines Wertesystems, in dem Ehrlichkeit, Freundlichkeit und Wertschätzung einen festen Platz haben
