Assistenz der Geschäftsführung:

  • Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung bei allen administrativen und organisatorischen Themen
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung unserer Legal SharePoint-Seite (Beteiligungsverwaltung, Vertragsmanagement inkl. Terminüberwachung)
  • Vorbereitung von Gesellschafterbeschlüssen auf Deutsch und Englisch
  • Organisation von Meetings, Firmenveranstaltungen, Präsentationen, Rundmails und Bekanntmachungen
  • Koordination des Postein- und -ausgang (inkl. elektronischer Postfächer)

Einkauf & Standortmanagement:

  • Erstellung von Bestellanforderungen in SAP
  • Verantwortung für standortbezogene Themen in Neuss (z. B. Arbeitsraumgestaltung, Materialbeschaffung, Lieferantenkoordination, Facility Management)

HSE / Arbeitssicherheit:

  • Organisation und Verwaltung aller HSE-Themen der HAD
  • Planung & Überwachung von Schulungen und Vorsorgeuntersuchungen
  • Organisation und Nachverfolgung des Arbeitssicherheitsausschusses
  • Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung zwischen den HAD-Standorten

Deine Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten:

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise bringst du Erfahrungen in einer Assistenz-, Office- oder Koordinationsfunktion mit
  • Kenntnisse in SAP MM sind von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (insbesondere SharePoint) sind erforderlich
  • Ein strukturierter, eigenverantwortlicher und kundenorientierter Arbeitsstil zeichnet dich aus
  • Deine sehr guten Deutschkenntnisse und guten Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
