Your Profile

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Energietechnik, Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Projektmanagement
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Git sowie Atlassian-Tools (z. B. Jira, Confluence) und Microsoft-Tools (z. B. Teams, Excel)
  • Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden, insbesondere Scrum und Kanban
  • Strukturierte, prozessorientierte und selbstorganisierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Empathie im Umgang mit Team und Stakeholdern
  • Fähigkeit zur konstruktiven Kompromissfindung sowie hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Nice-to-have: Projektmanagement-Zertifizierungen (z. B. Scrum Master) und Erfahrung in interdisziplinären technischen Projekten
