Rattaché(e) à la Responsable Juridique, vous intervenez en support des équipes projets, industrielles et commerciales. Vous contribuez à la sécurisation juridique de projets d'infrastructures énergétiques (hydrogène, renouvelables) ainsi qu'à l'activité industrielle liée aux piles à combustible, dans un environnement international, innovant et en forte croissance.
Type de contrat : CDD de 6 mois
Vos missions principales
1. Support juridique aux projets et contrats
- Participation à la rédaction, revue et mise à jour de contrats sous diverses juridictions : accords de confidentialité (NDA), lettres d'intention et MOU, contrats de prestations avant-projet, sujets fonciers
- Suivi contractuel des projets en lien avec les équipes internes.
2. Appui à l'activité industrielle
- Participation à la rédaction et à la revue de contrats liés à l'activité industrielle (achats d'équipements, prestations de services, partenariats technologiques).
- Support dans la sécurisation des relations avec les fournisseurs et partenaires.
3. Support corporate et coordination internationale
- Assistance sur des sujets courants de droit des sociétés (suivi juridique annuel d'approbation des comptes, corporate governance, mandats sociaux, mandats bancaires).
- Contribution au suivi des filiales groupe en lien avec la Responsable Juridique
- Suivi des programmes assurantiels groupe (bureaux et activités)
Votre profil
- Formation supérieure en droit des affaires (Master 2 ou équivalent).
- 2 ans d'expérience (stage long ou première expérience significative) en droit des contrats / droit des affaires.
- Une première expérience dans les secteurs de l'énergie, de l'industrie ou des projets est un plus.
- Bonne maîtrise de l'anglais professionnel (écrit et oral).
- Rigueur, organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs sujets en parallèle.
- Bon relationnel, esprit d'équipe et sens du service.
- Approche pragmatique et orientée solutions.
