We are seeking a high-potential Management Trainee to support the Strategy Implementation function by combining data science capabilities with strong business and financial acumen. What You Bring

  • Strong proficiency in Python (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn) or similar
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or matplotlib/seaborn)
  • Relevant experience through internships and/or working student roles is essential; additional permanent work experience of up to 36 months is welcome
  • A master's or doctoral degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 months of international experience gained through studying or working
  • Excellent English skills to engage in a multicultural environment, with flexibility and willingness for international travel.
