Als Team Lead (w/m/d) im Projektmanagement für Grid-Access-Projekte ist Ihr Arbeitsalltag geprägt von Koordination, Priorisierung und Führung. Sie überprüfen regelmäßig den Projektstatus sowie Portfoliodaten, um Transparenz sicherzustellen und Risiken frühzeitig zu erkennen. Ein zentraler Bestandteil Ihrer Rolle ist die enge Abstimmung mit den Technical Project Managern, die Unterstützung strukturierter Entscheidungsprozesse sowie die konsequente Anwendung von Governance, Prozessen und Verantwortlichkeiten.
Sie arbeiten eng mit Stakeholdern zusammen, um Prioritäten zu klären, Eskalationen zu adressieren und Ihrem Team zu ermöglichen, sich auf eine effektive Projektumsetzung zu konzentrieren. Im Laufe des Tages unterstützen Sie außerdem Recruiting-Aktivitäten, etwa durch das Sichten von Bewerbungen, das Führen von Interviews und die Ermöglichung eines strukturierten Onboardings.

Was Sie mitbringen
- Akademische Qualifikation durch einen Masterabschluss, vorzugsweise in Elektrotechnik oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet
- Langjährige Berufserfahrung von rund 10 Jahren in der Führung von Projektmanagement-Teams sowie in der Umsetzung von EPC‑Projekten
- Fundierte Branchenkenntnisse im Bereich Übertragungstechnik mit solidem Verständnis geschäftlicher Zusammenhänge rund um Hochspannungstechnik
- Ausgeprägte Führungs- und People-Management-Kompetenz, idealerweise in einem internationalen und interkulturellen Umfeld, einschließlich Erfahrung in Mitarbeiteradministration sowie Recruiting- und Einstellungsprozessen
- Hohe methodische und soziale Kompetenz in den Bereichen Feedbackkultur, Kundenorientierung, Change Management, Analyse, Problemlösung und Zusammenarbeit
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Bekenntnis zu Diversität, Inklusion und einem unterstützenden Arbeitsumfeld, das individuelle Stärken fördert und nachhaltigen Erfolg ermöglicht
