Reporta-se diretamente à liderança local de RH na fábrica, com estreita interface com a sede.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Adaptar e implementar processos globais de RH ao contexto brasileiro
  • Apoiar a execução da estratégia corporativa de RH no nível local
  • Atuar como elo entre o Brasil e a matriz, garantindo o alinhamento cultural e legal
  • Ministrar treinamentos e disseminar informações sobre os processos de RH
  • Executar os principais processos de RH: recrutamento, integração, desempenho, engajamento e cultura
  • Monitorar os KPIs de RH e apoiar a tomada de decisões estratégicas
  • Participar de projetos de eficiência e melhoria contínua
  • Garantir o uso adequado dos sistemas de RH e das ferramentas corporativas

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bacharelado em Administração de Empresas, Psicologia ou áreas afins
