Reporta-se diretamente à liderança local de RH na fábrica, com estreita interface com a sede.
Principais Responsabilidades
- Adaptar e implementar processos globais de RH ao contexto brasileiro
- Apoiar a execução da estratégia corporativa de RH no nível local
- Atuar como elo entre o Brasil e a matriz, garantindo o alinhamento cultural e legal
- Ministrar treinamentos e disseminar informações sobre os processos de RH
- Executar os principais processos de RH: recrutamento, integração, desempenho, engajamento e cultura
- Monitorar os KPIs de RH e apoiar a tomada de decisões estratégicas
- Participar de projetos de eficiência e melhoria contínua
- Garantir o uso adequado dos sistemas de RH e das ferramentas corporativas
Qualifications & Experience
- Bacharelado em Administração de Empresas, Psicologia ou áreas afins
- Inglês fluente (interação diária com stakeholders globais)
- Sólido conhecimento em:
- Legislação trabalhista e práticas de RH
- Programas e processos de RH
- Remuneração e benefícios
- Gestão de KPIs
- Sistemas de RH (SAP, SuccessFactors, ADP)
