Job Description
Reporting to SIOP Manager, Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for solar tracker's components Planning based on customer's agreements, Risk & Opportunities identification, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Supplier delivery schedule.
- Project deliveries planning.
- Collaborating in project execution lead by project manager, SCS will ensure on time delivery, managing planning changes, loads, Last mile freight & distribution.
- Risk & Opportunities identification.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various departments to develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business objectives.
- SAP posting: GR and DN.
- Support problem solving.
- Keep and facilitate contact with the main internal stakeholders (Engineering, project managers, quality team, finance & controlling, sourcing & procurement, construction and commissioning) & external (suppliers, freight companies & customers).
- Optimize supply chain in terms of service.
- Inventory & stock control of material in projects.
- Continuous improvement vision: identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
- Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Economics.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management and/or logistics is preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered 2+ years of supply chain or project experience.
- SAP background à materials and inventory management, demand planning, sales & distribution.
- Speak proficient English.

- Communication: strong verbal and written to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
- Prioritization and organizational skills.
- Analytical skills to analyze data, promote decisions and improve supply chain processes.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions to enhance supply chain operations.
