Would it motivate you to support and drive the HRIS landscape for an international company in rapid growth? This is your opportunity to make a significant difference in a company working for developing the power of tomorrow, today and to join a highly trustful and inclusive team.

You will become part of our People & Culture department, consisting of 23 employees working with HR and 7 working with Service & Support. We support the full employee lifecycle across the organization, including talent acquisition, employer branding, HR operations, data management and analytics, learning and development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and business partnering.

Collaboration, open communication, and knowledge sharing are at the heart of how we work. We value a supportive environment where colleagues help each other succeed and grow professionally.

Your new role

In 2025, we implemented Workday as our global HRIS platform and have since rolled out several modules to support and enhance our people processes. As our newly established HRIS Senior Specialist, you will play a key role in owning and developing our end-to-end HR systems landscape.

You will translate People & Culture strategies into scalable and efficient system solutions while ensuring that Workday continues to support both current business needs and future organizational growth. Acting as the internal HRIS expert, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across People & Culture, IT, and stakeholders throughout the organization to drive system excellence, process optimization, and driving reporting to enable data-driven decision-making.

This role combines strategic development with hands-on system administration and offers a unique opportunity to shape the future HR technology landscape in a growing international organization.

On our digital roadmap in People & Culture for the next months are reporting optimizations, performance module, promotions process, bonus module, ATS launch, leadership dashboard, skills mapping, access rights optimizations and much more.
