We are looking for a Project Director to join our high-growth company that puts its people first. We have an office in Iasi, Romania and are looking for more dedicated colleagues to join us in accelerating the green transition based on renewable energy technologies. The position is flexible, meaning that the right candidate can work from home.
How will you contribute to our team?
As Project Director, you will contribute to developing the project with the target return in the Romania. To be successful in this role will depend on your experience, drive and willingness to influence the green transition projects.
Your accountabilities are likely to vary, but your main tasks will include the following:
Construction
- Overall responsibility for project agreements, including supply and balance of plant contracts, and management of all employer deliverables
- Participate in governance and value creation activities, including board and owner meetings, financing, and divestment processes
- Ensure safe, high-quality, on-time and on-budget project execution through effective contractor and third-party management
- Lead and manage the BPP project team while proactively managing project risks, opportunities, and stakeholder relationships
- Drive projects to commercial operation date, ensuring smooth handover to Operations and engagement with key external stakeholders
General
- Define and communicate project and portfolio resource needs and timing.
- Communicate and align internal goals and expectations to 3rd party service providers.
- Maintain ongoing alignment with internal and external teams over the life of the project.
- Maintain appropriate communication with senior management and all project groups and functions within and outside the company. This primarily happens through steering committees and/or board meetings where you are expected to present the key updates with the project teams.

- Leadership and stakeholder management experience.
