  • Drive the engineering, preparation, and execution of our offshore wind installation projects.
  • Develop detailed method statements to ensure safe and efficient operations offshore.
  • At sea or onshore, you will proudly lead by example. Delivering innovative solutions, safeguarding safety, and staying focused on results.
  • Review and validate Orcaflex analyses performed by the engineering team.
  • Review engineering reports, procedures, manuals, and method statements.
  • Prepare work packs for project execution.
  • Translate theory into practice on site, optimizing and leading operations when needed.
  • Support the project with ad-hoc operational needs and respond to project management queries.
  • Ensure planning, reporting, cost management and budget follow-up.

Requirements

  • Bachelor / Master degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Offshore or Marine Engineering;
  • Experience in the area of subsea cable installation or offshore wind installation projects;
  • Willingness to work abroad on our vessels or projects and in the office;
  • Fluent in verbal and written English;
  • Excellent team player and a good communicator.
