- Drive the engineering, preparation, and execution of our offshore wind installation projects.
- Develop detailed method statements to ensure safe and efficient operations offshore.
- At sea or onshore, you will proudly lead by example. Delivering innovative solutions, safeguarding safety, and staying focused on results.
- Review and validate Orcaflex analyses performed by the engineering team.
- Review engineering reports, procedures, manuals, and method statements.
- Prepare work packs for project execution.
- Translate theory into practice on site, optimizing and leading operations when needed.
- Support the project with ad-hoc operational needs and respond to project management queries.
- Ensure planning, reporting, cost management and budget follow-up.

Requirements
- Bachelor / Master degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Offshore or Marine Engineering;
- Experience in the area of subsea cable installation or offshore wind installation projects;
- Willingness to work abroad on our vessels or projects and in the office;
- Fluent in verbal and written English;
- Excellent team player and a good communicator.
