The Customer Support Analyst will play a key role in supporting our commercial activities in Brazil, ensuring that our customers receive accurate quotes, timely order processing, and an excellent service experience. Based in S??o Paulo - SP (or nearby region) and working in a hybrid model, this role is ideal for a professional with experience in sales support and customer-facing roles who wants to grow in a dynamic, international environment.
What's your role?
- Sales Support & Quoting: Prepare and enter quotes into our internal systems with high accuracy, and send them to customers in a timely manner, ensuring clarity on scope, prices, and conditions.
- Order Management Support: Process local orders from receipt to invoicing, ensuring all internal requirements are met and information is correctly registered in our systems.
- Customer Service: Act as a primary point of contact for customers regarding quotes, orders, and delivery status, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed.
- Coordination & Follow-up: Collaborate with logistics, finance, and sales teams to monitor order fulfillment, delivery dates, and any issues that may affect customer satisfaction.
- Process & Data Quality: Help maintain data quality in our systems, follow established procedures, and contribute with feedback to improve internal processes related to sales and order management.
What will you bring?
- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support, sales support, or similar roles.
- Experience in creating quotes, handling orders, and supporting sales or commercial teams.
- ERP + CRM experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a clear customer-focused mindset.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory; Spanish skills are a strong plus.
- Experience using CRM (preferably Salesforce) and ERP systems (preferably SAP S4).
- Residency in S??o Paulo - SP or surrounding areas, with availability for a hybrid work model (The office is in Vila Olimpia, S??o Paulo).
