Job Description
BURN is looking for Cluster Team Leaders in Ghana who will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Sales Executives and quality agents. They will also be responsible for the full customer cycle management, i.e., acquisition, collection, recovery, and usage.
Duties and Responsibilities

Business Management
- Align with the Cluster acquisition targets as well as develop and implement the acquisition operational strategies within the allocated Cluster.
- Organizing sales activities and functions in the field to achieve targets, revenues, and the desired quality of acquisition (Usage and RE).
- On time and high-quality IDC installations at the customer's premises.
- Support conducting quarterly inventory audits for all stock points. Stock takings & Stock audit report.
- Train Sales Executives and quality officers in applicable policies, guidelines, processes, and procedures of the company.
- Organize and facilitate daily team meetings according to guidelines provided by the management.
- Mentoring each sales executive, quality agent ensures they're highly willing and highly skilled.
- Training and coaching Sales Executives on topics including pitching, sales conversation, negotiations, closing, and building of strong and long-lasting relationships with customers.

Stock Management and Coordination (this applies to the stock point assigned to your Area)
- Provide daily SAH updates.
- Responsible and accountable for the stock (New, Repossessed, Returns, Spare parts, and Demos) in the stock point.
- Responsible and accountable for stock losses in the stock point and for the recovery of the stock losses.

Quality Officers
- Coordinate with the quality officer to ensure systems are installed and used.
- Responsible for disciplinary action for quality officers.

Portfolio Monitoring
- Ensure Portfolio performance.

Subordinate Effectiveness
- Managing the daily work and activities of sales executives and quality agents.
- Deal with complex scenarios that may occur at the shop, such as theft, fire, violence, etc.
- Participating in the recruitment of new sales executives and replacement of quality agents, and practical training of new agents.
- Conduct weekly performance review of acquisition and collection agents, using the daily agents report and the weekly cluster performance report.

Other
- Ensure Health, Safety, and Environmental standards are adhered to through Regional Sales Managers.
- Undertake any other related duties as assigned by the line management from time to time.
Skills and Experience
- Proven track record in sales leadership.
- Strong ability to coach and mentor agents.
- Experience in managing clusters/teams in field sales.
- Data-driven decision making and reporting skills.
- Prior experience in recruitment and onboarding of sales executives.
- Familiarity with performance-based compensation structures.
- High accountability and consistency in monitoring.
- Ability to drive productivity through daily facilitation.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Capacity to build team culture and resilience.
- Experience in change management or restructuring.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with focus on targets.
- Adaptability in dynamic field environments.
- Innovative approach to problem-solving.
- Community engagement/networking ability (universities, churches, social media).
