Join us as a Technical Sales Specialist (m/w/d) Power Transformers, where you will build strong partnerships with the business and customers, gaining valuable insights into market dynamics. You will align offers with our company objectives, interpret tender documents, and create impactful promotional strategies. As you oversee the offer handover, your support during project execution will be crucial for successful implementation, making a real difference in our operations.
How You'll Make an Impact
- You will develop strong partnerships with the business and customers, understanding market pricing and margin expectations to propose effective solutions.
- Collaborate closely with key teams from the business to ensure each offer aligns with our strategic objectives and delivery capabilities.
- Review and interpret tender documents, analyzing technical specifications and commercial terms to identify risks and improvement opportunities, while proposing suitable mitigation measures.
- Partner up with the business to maximize offer visibility and customer engagement, ensuring accurate Order Intake (OI) Forecasts.
- Ensure compliance between the offer and the order during the handover process, supporting issue resolution during project execution to enhance customer satisfaction.
What You Bring
- A completed bachelor's degree or a completed vocational training (HAK/HTL/apprenticeship) with initial relevant professional experience.
- Proven experience in offer management or a related field, with a strong understanding of market dynamics.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret tender documents and assess technical specifications.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- A proactive approach to customer engagement and satisfaction, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Advanced English proficiency is required.
