Principales missions et responsabilités
Responsabilités professionnelles
- Élaboration, mise en œuvre et amélioration continue de la stratégie marketing locale en coordination étroite avec la stratégie marketing de Fronius International
- Coordination régulière et reporting avec le Directeur National des Ventes et le support marketing global de Fronius International
- Collaboration étroite avec d'autres départements (Ventes Nationales, Fronius Welding, Solar & Energy Solutions, Ressources Humaines) pour soutenir le développement local de l'activité
- Planification, gestion et contrôle de toutes les activités marketing (en ligne et hors ligne), y compris les campagnes, événements, relations publiques et marketing digital
- Analyse des tendances du marché, des clients et de la concurrence, et élaboration de recommandations d'action
- Participation active aux initiatives marketing, projets et processus d'innovation
- Promotion des synergies au sein de l'entreprise et partage des meilleures pratiques
- Développement de la marque sur le marché français, conformément aux lignes directrices de Fronius International
- Impact business et soutien aux équipes commerciales
- Contribution à la stratégie de croissance
Responsabilités managériales + leadership
- Leadership et développement de l'équipe Marketing & Communication : pilotage, animation et montée en compétence d'une équipe de 3 personnes
- Responsabilité des ressources humaines, du budget et des coûts
- Communication transparente, reporting régulier et suivi des KPI
Mobilité requise
- Chaque année, le/la Responsable Marketing et Communication doit effectuer une dizaine de déplacements en France, d'une durée de 2 à 5 jours, ainsi qu'un voyage en Autriche d'une semaine.
Profil Recherché
Formation
- Bac+5 en Marketing / Communication
Expérience professionnelle
- Expérience d'au moins 5 ans en management et marketing
Compétences et softskills
- Excellentes compétences en anglais (oral et écrit)
- Connaissance du marché du soudage. La connaissance du marché du solaire serait un plus.
- Bonne compréhension et forte appétence pour le marché industriel BtoB
- Forte affinité digitale et maîtrise des outils digitaux tels qu'Adobe, Qlik (outil de BI), CRM Microsoft 365 Dynamics, Agorapulse, Google Ads / LinkedIn Ads
- Profil terrain et opérationnel
- Sens commercial et relationnel
