Budeš první v týmu s tímto zaměřením. Tvým úkolem bude propojit svět dat, analýz a tradingu a vymyslet, jak to celé škálovat.

Co k tomu potřebuješ?

  • Zkušenosti s daty a byznysem: Jsi seniornější data nebo business analytik (rozumněj 5 let zkušeností +). Umíš vzít hromadu syrových dat, vyčistit je a vytáhnout z nich jasné byznysové rozhodnutí.
  • Přesah do tradingu / energetiky: Nemusíš mít odtraderované miliardy, ale základy jsou nutnost. Možná jsi psal/a kód pro virtuální elektrárny, modeloval/a bidding strategie nebo řešil/a podpůrné služby pro síť.
  • Startupové nastavení: Rychlé tempo, změny směru a občasný chaos tě nerozhodí. Chceme někoho samostatného, kdo vidí problém a jde ho vyřešit, místo aby čekal na schválení od tří manažerů.
  • Technické myšlení: Dokážeš mluvit s vývojáři i s našim datovým týmem. Když si budeš potřebovat vytáhnout data přes SQL nebo napsat skript v Pythonu, nezačneš panikařit.
