We are looking for a Office Assistant to support our team. The regular work location will be in Taipei. This position will start as a permanent employment contract with an average of 40 working hours per week (Mo-Fr), 8 hours per day. Start at the earliest possible date.

Tasks/Description 工作內容
- Update the Employee Introduction
- Job advertisement translation and upload
- Manage the Job ad. and arrange the interview
- Monthly closing sheets uploading
- Power BI Time sheets upload to Power BI
- Leave application management:Check / set up OSD / send notification to related parties / save to SP and update the leave lists
- Internal event arrangements
- Responsible for Family Day /Support Team event, Year-end party and yearly award of employees
- AG5 internal training confirmation and arrangement(Including new employees)
- Keys management
- Original invoices organize and send to CPA
- Cooperate with Sales team of Energy Taiwan and support other events if necessary
- Support ad hoc tasks assigned by management
Qualifications 所需資格
- Independent, structured, and results-oriented, with the ability to manage complex requirements, risks, and costs within established timelines.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate confidently and efficiently with cross departments.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.).
- Able to quickly adapt to changing company's requirements and priorities; open to business travel as required
- Preference for local Taiwanese candidates.
