Jsme součástí energetické skupiny TEDOM, která již více než 30 let patří mezi lídry v oblasti moderní energetiky a kombinované výroby tepla a elektřiny. Od listopadu 2024 jsme navíc členem japonské skupiny Yanmar Group. Zákazníkům přinášíme komplexní energetická řešení - od dodávek elektřiny a plynu přes fotovoltaiku a tepelná čerpadla až po návrh a provoz chytrých energetických systémů.
Do naší kanceláře v Liberci přijmeme kolegu/ kolegyni na pozici asistent/ka manažera.
Koho hledáme?
Hledáme reprezentativního, schopného, učenlivého asistenta/tku Kolegu/yni, který se postará nejen o chod recepce, kanceláře, ale také o komplexní administrativní podporu pobočky.
Náplň práce?
- Zajištění chodu recepce
- Zpracování odchozí a příchozí pošty
- Provozní a administrativní podpora chodu kanceláře
- Komunikace s kolegy napříč firmou
- Příprava podkladů pro manažera
- Objednávky a drobné nákupy (pochůzky) - kancelářské potřeby, občerstvení
- Účast a reprezentace na firemních akcích (např. team building, vánoční večírek)
