Job Description

Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) is currently seeking two Analysts to join the Capital Formation team within Investor Relations & Business Development (IR&BD) at our headquarters in Copenhagen.

The IR&BD team is responsible for all activities across the investor lifecycle, including product and fund design, marketing, fundraising, and ongoing client service. The team is international and diverse, comprising approximately 75 professionals with backgrounds in asset management, banking, consulting, and law, and is represented across nine offices in Europe, North America, Asia, and Australia.

Role

We are hiring two Analysts within Capital Formation, focused on supporting fundraising planning and execution across Private Wealth and institutional investors in Europe, respectively. The positions are part-time and based in our headquarters in NordØ. The workload will vary depending on ongoing projects, with flexibility to structure your time according to your schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Tracking of current and prospective clients and ensuring our internal CRM system is up to date
  • Managing regular reporting on fundraising progress for internal leadership meetings
  • Delivering client briefings and prospect research to support the sales process and client meetings
  • Preparation of external materials, including pitches and deep dives for investor meetings
  • Supporting the prospecting of new potential clients to help drive investor outreach
  • Conducting market research and strategic analysis for selected ad-hoc projects

You

We are looking for students living in or around Copenhagen who are in the last semester of their Bachelor's or first semester of their Master's. Relevant fields include business, finance, and economics, but this is not a prerequisite. The key requirements are that you are curious, smart, driven, and have an interest in or a desire to learn more about private markets and renewable energy.

Qualifications

  • Critical and analytical thinking: Ability to assess complex information and identify key insights
  • Attention to detail: A high level of precision and accuracy in internal and external deliverables
  • Strong communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, verbally and in writing
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint: Manage data efficiently and produce clear presentations
  • Driven and self-motivated: Proactive and takes initiative with the ability to work independently
  • Academic performance: Strong academic track record demonstrating analytical capability and discipline

Please note that we do not offer a remote working opportunity, thus you must be a Danish resident or an upcoming student enrolled in a Danish university to be eligible for this role. Students on exchange in Denmark are not considered eligible for this position.
