Job Description
The Sales Engineer role is an Australia‑based position providing centralised technical expertise and support across innovation, technology development, and sales enablement. Working closely with Engineering, Sales, and Product teams, this role supports commercial and tendering activities, harmonises best practices, and delivers high‑quality technical solutions aligned with customer and market needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Product Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales and Product Management teams to develop and implement strategies aligned with business objectives and customer requirements.
- Technical Leadership: Develop a strong understanding of Fluence's solutions and next‑generation technologies, translating technical capabilities into clear, market‑relevant value propositions.
- Customer Engagement: Engage directly with customers to identify requirements, deliver technical demonstrations, and present solutions in customer meetings, industry forums, and tender processes.
- Proposals & Tender Support: Support commercial, proposal, and tendering activities by providing robust technical inputs and solution engineering expertise.
