YOUR MISSIONS
Under the management of the Head of Project Controls, the EPC Tender Engineer will be responsible for:
Lead the preparation of project cost Budgets to support both non-binding and binding offers for external and internal customers:
- Integrate inputs from multi department to prepare the required Bid deliverables to Customers;
- Coordinate all internal departments to capture required input information for Project Cost Budget elaboration (CAPEX assessment);
- Support project final negotiation phase from a cost optimization side;
- Evaluate cost solidity and prepare cash flow curve for all projects before gate reviews;
- Prepare and participate to Management budget reviews and project gate reviews;
- Send EPC Capex proposals to internal customers (DEV, ASIF) and manage clarification requests;
- Support EPC Sales engineers in clarification and negotiation of EPC contracts technical appendixes.
Keep the CRM updated with all key information for Sales Gates evaluation and Offers approval:
- Ensure all information required for budget preparation are properly stored in CRM;
- Prepare and launch Sales Gates requests and approval via CRM;
- Prepare Handover with Sales engineer to the Construction team.
Support relevant initiatives launched within the Bidding Team for cost optimization, competitiveness improvement, and bidding tools improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
The ideal candidate will be/have:
- Engineering degree;
- At least, 1-3 years of experience in project capex evaluation for construction projects (EPC);
- Technical knowledge of Solar PV equipment and technologies;
- General knowledge of the renewable market stakeholders, main equipment suppliers/manufacturers, construction companies;
- Having already worked as site construction supervisor or manager for large scale solar PV park is a plus;
- English and Portuguese as working language, French is a plus.
