At CLEAResult, you'll fit right in if you are resourceful, adaptable, and collaborative, with strong attention to detail and a desire to contribute to impactful energy efficiency programs.

For this exciting career opportunity, you're a great fit if you can...

  • Track program activity, submissions, and performance metrics to support program goals
  • Develop and maintain reports for forecasting, planning, and client deliverables
  • Lead or support program updates, including project coordination and drafting materials for client review
  • Support training efforts, including coordinating materials and validating program documentation and processes
  • Assist with contractor database management and internal systems support
  • Contribute to process development and continuous improvement initiatives across the program

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have...

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in program coordination, operations, or data tracking
  • Experience supporting reporting, metrics, or program performance analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in data management and quality control
  • Ability to adapt quickly and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills, with a proactive mindset
