Deine zukünftigen Aufgaben bei uns

  • Du berätst als Teil der Rechtsabteilung eigenverantwortlich die Projektentwicklung in allen rechtlichen Fragestellungen der Planung, Entwicklung und Realisierung von Wind-, Solar- und Batteriespeicherprojekten in Deutschland
  • Deine Tätigkeitsschwerpunkte liegen im zivilrechtlichen und wirtschaftsrechtlichen Bereich
  • Du unterstützt die Projektentwicklung vor allem bei Fragestellungen im Vertragsrecht, im Recht der erneuerbaren Energien (EEG) sowie im Planungs-, Genehmigungs- und Umweltrecht

Dein Profil

  • Du bist Volljurist (m/w/d) mit überdurchschnittlichen Examina und dem Antrieb, dich für die Energiewende zu engagieren
  • Du bringst Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge mit und hast Freude am interdisziplinären Arbeiten mit unterschiedlichen Abteilungen
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team, bist kommunikativ, verantwortungsvoll, selbstständig und ergebnisorientiert

In der Rechtsabteilung erwartet dich ein motiviertes und sympathisches Team von acht Juristinnen und Juristen mit viel Kompetenz und Erfahrung in der Beratung der Projektentwicklung für unsere Wind-, Solar- und Batteriespeicherprojekte.
