Das erwartet dich bei uns
- Du erhältst Einblicke in rechtliche Fragestellungen bei der Planung, Entwicklung und Realisierung von Wind- und Solarprojekten in Deutschland
- Du erarbeitest schwerpunktmäßig juristische Lösungsvorschläge aus dem Vertrags- und Zivilrecht in Bezug auf die Wind- und Solarprojekte
- Darüber hinaus beschäftigst du dich mit dem Recht der erneuerbaren Energien, dem Öffentlichen Recht sowie dem Planungs-, Genehmigungs- und Umweltrecht
Das bringst du mit
- Überdurchschnittlich abgeschlossenes erstes juristisches Staatsexamen
- Gute zivilrechtliche Kenntnisse und Interesse am Wirtschaftsrecht
- Verständnis für wirtschaftliche und technische Zusammenhänge und Freude am interdisziplinären Arbeiten mit unterschiedlichen Abteilungen
- Du arbeitest gerne im Team, bist kommunikativ, verantwortungsvoll, selbstständig und ergebnisorientiert
