  • Aufbau, Weiterentwicklung und Aufrechterhaltung des Qualitätsmanagementsystems (ISO 9001) und des Informationssicherheitssystems (ISO 27001, NIS 2) im Bereich von erneuerbaren Energiesystemen (Wind, PV, Speicher)
  • Streamlining von internen Arbeitsprozessen und Arbeitsanweisungen
  • Durchführung von Risikoanalysen und Risikobewertungen, Entwurf von Maßnahmen zur Risikominimierung
  • Planung und Begleitung interner und externer Audits, Zertifizierungen
  • Durchführung interner Schulungen (Qualität, Arbeitssicherheit, Informationssicherheit)
  • Erstellung, Umsetzung und Aktualisierung von Sicherheitsrichtlinien
  • Überwachung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Sicherheitsmaßnahmen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher, regulatorischer und vertraglicher Anforderungen

Qualifikationen

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und in der Prozessoptimierung
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Kennzahlen, Reports und Managementberichten
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen

Das Dienstverhältnis besteht in Vollbeschäftigung bei der BE Energy GmbH. Die Entlohnung erfolgt entsprechend dem gültigen Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte der EVU Österreichs. Die Gehaltsspanne liegt zwischen € 4.134,31 und € 5.273,40 brutto pro Monat mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
