Landis+Gyr is seeking an experienced Human Resources Officer to join our ANZ & SEA HR team. If you're looking to accelerate your HR career with a global organisation helping create a greener and more sustainable future, this is the opportunity for you.
As the HR Officer, you'll play a hands-on role across recruitment, employee relations, onboarding and people programs, partnering closely with leaders and employees to create a positive and engaging workplace experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Drive the recruitment process end-to-end.
- Seamlessly onboard new employees, ensuring they feel welcome and set up for success.
- Provide HR support and foster a positive, high-performing workplace culture at the manufacturing facility.
- Be the go-to HR contact for employee queries, offering guidance and support.
- Build strong relationships with operational, production, and support teams to understand workforce needs and support business outcomes.
- Maintain HR records to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Support learning & development initiatives to help employees grow and excel.
- Support the implementation of regional and global HR programs across ANZ & SEA.
- Assist with HR reporting, metrics and people insights.

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Human Resources generalist role.
- Tertiary qualification in HR, Business or a related discipline preferred.
- Sound understanding of Australian employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel & PowerPoint.
- Experience using HRIS and recruitment systems is highly desirable.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
- Experience working in a multinational organisation will be well regarded.
