Job Description

The Global Resource Management team is responsible for optimizing resource planning within FairWind by matching supply with demand across regions and business units. As part of this mission, we are looking for an Global Training Admin Specialist to play a key role in managing training-related costs, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting resource management during peak periods.

Your qualifications

  • Experience in training administration, finance coordination, or resource management.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial forecasting.
  • Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools; Excel skills expected at medium to advance level
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Focus on details - detail oriented
  • Follow the procedures and ability of work under the pressure of time or (multiple) deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and support cross-functional teams.

Your Role

1 Training Administration & Financial Coordination

  • Register and process training invoices in our system
  • Monitor and manage the NCE training budget, ensuring proactive identification of cost challenges.
  • Serve as the first approver for technicians' training travel statements, forwarding approvals to Resource Teams.
  • Oversee hours registration for training activities and calculations for month-end payouts.
  • Lead the analysis of re-certification needs and costs for the upcoming four quarters, developing a structured input template.
  • Act as a Power BI super-user, ensuring accurate financial reporting and serving as the focal point for NCE back-office and Global Controlling.

2 Resource Management Support

  • Provide backup support for NCE Resource Management across all segments during peak periods.
  • Assist Local NCE Resource Management teams in meeting market training requirements.
  • Ensure proper documentation and management of training certificates.
