Job Description

  • Receipt, control and storage of materials, ensuring they arrive in good condition and match the accompanying documentation
  • Inventory management: stock updates in ERP/Upvise, report preparation, and incident detection
  • Preparation and delivery of materials according to project and assembly team needs
  • Follow‑up of orders and deliveries to guarantee continuous supply to the project without shortages
  • Incident management related to quality issues, materials or delays, reporting them in internal systems
  • Local purchasing and coordination with suppliers, including the organization of deliveries to site
  • Control of spare parts and non‑consumed materials, as well as final inventory reporting at project closure

Your Profile

  • Qualification: Superior vocational training in Transport and Logistics, Administration, International Trade or other one with experience in logistics
  • Having experience in warehouse/transport operations
  • Complementary Training: Forklift driving license. Knowledge on warehouse manage system JDE/SAP
  • Organized. High knowledge in materials logistics. Accustomed to the use of computer tools. Analytical, active and decisive. Good awareness of security issues
  • High level of English
  • Experience: At least 2 years of similar experience
  • Availability to travel abroad. Long stays on site
