Zur Verstärkung unseres Projektteams suchen wir einen Project Scheduler / Projektterminplaner, der komplexe Projekte terminlich strukturiert und nachhaltig unterstützt. In dieser Rolle trägst du maßgeblich zur Transparenz, Planbarkeit und Terminsicherheit unserer Projekte bei.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Erstellung, Pflege und Optimierung ganzheitlicher Projektterminpläne über alle Projektphasen
  • Überwachung der Projektaktivitäten inkl. Fortschrittsmessung sowie Soll-/Ist-Vergleichen
  • Unterstützung der Projekt- und Bauleitung bei Terminsteuerung und Projektabwicklung
  • Frühzeitige Identifikation von Terminabweichungen, Konflikten und kritischem Pfad inkl. Maßnahmenableitung
  • Erstellung und Abstimmung interner und externer Statusberichte sowie regelmäßiges Reporting

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (z. B. Elektrotechnik, Bauingenieurwesen) oder eine vergleichbare qualifizierte Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem ähnlichen Aufgabengebiet
  • Sichere Anwenderkenntnisse in Primavera P 6 zwingend erforderlich
  • Routinierter Umgang im MS-Office-Paket sowie gute Kenntnisse mit spezifischen Tools wie MS Project, Power BI oder ERP-Systemen
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, Einsatzbereitschaft und analytisches Denken
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschland (ca. 1-2 Übernachtungen pro Woche)
