Job Description
Como operador general en producción desempeñaras una variedad de tareas esenciales para mantener el flujo eficiente de los procesos productivos dentro de Siemens Energy, actividades tales como operación de maquinaria, manipulación de materiales, inspecciones de calidad, ensambles. A inicio de turno tendrán juntas de producción para dar seguimiento a temas de piso, y acordar entregas de turno, trabajaras en conjunto con un equipo dirigido por un team leader que te ayudará a encontrar soluciones y mejoras dentro del proceso, así como un supervisor que estará pendiente de tus actividades y tu desarrollo.
Cuál es tu responsabilidad
- Interpretación de planos de ensamble
- Instrucción del puesto
- Llenado de formatos de autocontroles y registros de calidad.
- Conocimientos en Seguridad e Higiene y Medio Ambiente: Conocimientos básicos y beneficios de usar su equipo de protección personal, impactos ambientales, residuos peligrosos, reglas básicas de seguridad dentro de la planta.
- Aplicación de torque: Conocimiento básico y habilidad para aplicación de torque.
- Producto terminado: Conoce los productos que realizan en su área de ensamble.
- Criterio de calidad: Conoce los puntos críticos de su estación de trabajo.
- Mantenimiento autónomo: Debe de conocer los conceptos básicos del TPM aplicado a sus máquinas y sus dispositivos.
- Generación de ideas de mejora (3i)
- Generar un ambiente de respeto y colaboración con apertura a la diversidad.
- Atención a auditorias de proceso.
Cuáles son los requisitos para el cargo
- Educación secundaria o preparatoria.
- Experiencia de 1 año desempeñando el puesto solicitante o similares.
- Disponibilidad de horario, trabajo en equipo, puntualidad en su área de trabajo, disciplinado, respetar a sus compañeros y jefes de grupo, acatar reglamento interno de trabajo.
