Job Description

You will join our Legal Fund Formation team and work closely with 5-7 experienced and highly qualified colleagues. In addition, you will gain broad exposure across CIP and collaborate with a wide range of teams, including Investor Relations, New Business, ESG, Finance, and Tax. The team is collaborative, dynamic, and business-oriented, providing the opportunity to work alongside some of the green energy sector's most skilled professionals, engage with leading institutional investors, and interact with top-tier global advisors.

Role

As our new Transaction Manager in the Legal Fund Formation Team, your primary responsibility will be to provide legal support to CIP across a defined set of tasks and processes. The role requires a high degree of ownership and independence, with responsibility for managing and driving assigned workstreams while leveraging the support and expertise of the wider team when needed. You will play an important role in supporting the business through close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities will consist of, but are not limited to

  • Track investor negotiations and manage onboarding processes throughout fundraising cycles
  • Coordinate and execute closings, including all post-closing workstreams and documentation
  • Manage processes relating to LP transfers and employee incentive programs
  • Oversee budgeting and cost management for fundraising processes and related negotiations
  • Manage entity establishment processes, including coordination with local service providers across jurisdictions
  • Support and enhance transaction execution and process management within the Fund Formation team
  • Project manage and execute strategic initiatives, including AI-driven process improvements
  • Other ad hoc-tasks

You

We are looking for a motivated and collaborative individual that holds a relevant Master's degree and 3-5 years of experience. A legal background and/or private fund experience is a plus but not a requirement.

  • Solid problem-solving mindset, combining a structured approach with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken (fluency in Danish not required)
