  • Contribute to implementation plans, readiness reviews and acceptance criteria in conjunction with project and operational teams.
  • Support continuous improvement of onboarding standards, templates, documentation and implementation processes.
  • Contribute to prioritisation discussions by highlighting risk, effort, customer impact and operational readiness considerations linked to technical backlog items.
  • Support backlog refinement by providing technical context, acceptance considerations, configuration impacts and implementation dependencies for Control Centre product changes.
  • Work with the Control Centre Product Owner to identify, clarify and document technical backlog items arising from customer onboarding, tender commitments, operational feedback and service improvement opportunities.
  • Review tender requirements and help translate them into clear technical assumptions, implementation considerations, dependencies and operational impacts.
  • Assist with the preparation of technical responses for customer tenders, bids and proposal submissions where Control Centre, OT implementation or service onboarding input is required.

Tender & Product Backlog Support

Technical Configuration & Deployment

  • Configure Control Centre systems, monitoring platforms, access permissions, user accounts and operational system settings.
  • Support SCADA, telemetry, communications and monitoring integrations where required, working with OT engineers and specialist suppliers.
  • Coordinate connectivity and communication requirements between customer sites, third parties and Control Centre infrastructure.
  • Assist with system commissioning, testing, validation and issue resolution during implementation and transition phases.
  • Maintain accurate configuration records, deployment procedures and technical implementation documentation.

Service Transition & Operational Readiness

  • Ensure implementation documentation, support information and configuration records are completed and handed over to operational support teams.
  • Support customer acceptance activities, operational readiness reviews and transition checkpoints.
  • Define and document support requirements, escalation routes, monitoring expectations and key operational contacts.
  • Facilitate effective handover from project delivery into ongoing OT operations and support.
  • Capture lessons learned and contribute to improved service transition practices across OT and Control Centre services.

Continuous Improvement
