Want a sales career but don't have experience yet? We'll pay you $20/hr to learn it. If you're competitive, good with people, and willing to put in the work, this is how a lot of our top earners got their start.
The pay
- $20/hour during paid training while you learn our system
- Then move to uncapped commission - your income is driven by your effort, not a salary cap
- Typical first year: $40,000-$60,000. Top performers: $80,000-$120,000+
What you'll do
- Talk to homeowners in the field about solar, roofing, windows, and more
- Set qualified appointments for our closing team
