Ihre Aufgaben

  • Strategische Weiterentwicklung des Dienstleistungs- und Serviceportfolios (z. B. Direktvermarktung, Netzanschlußdienstleistungen, digitale Services)
  • Analyse von Markt‑, Kunden‑ und Wettbewerbsanforderungen zur Identifikation neuer Service- und Dienstleistungsprodukte
  • Erstellung von Business Cases, Preis‑ und Erlösmodellen für Dienstleistungen
  • Planung, Inbetriebnahme und Portaleinrichtung von Monitoring-Systemen
  • Bearbeitung von technischen Reklamationen zum Installateur, Fertigungspartner und zum Endkunden
  • Technische Kundenberatung sowie Steuerung externer Partner und Dienstleister im Serviceumfeld
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung und Umsetzung der Fernwirktechnik zum EVU und Stromdirektvermarkter in Absprache mit dem Netzbetreiber und Dienstleistern

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene elektrotechnische Ausbildung, Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Kenntnisse in MS Office; AutoCAD sowie PVSyst von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Eigeninitiative
  • Gewissenhafte, strukturierte sowie lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sie agieren auf Basis eines klaren Wertesystems, in dem Ehrlichkeit, Freundlichkeit und Wertschätzung einen festen Platz haben
