Job Responsibilities

The main responsibility of a project sales manager is to develop and manage a network of channel partners within the region, to maximize our regional coverage of the target market or industry and work closely with regional target customers to uncover their needs for high-end measurement, help build technically superior solutions, and win business in a sustainable and profitable manner.

  • Developing individual country sales plan in consultation with all the relevant stakeholders to achieve a sustainable market across our existing and new product offering.
  • Manage key customers and drive sustainable and profitable growth.
  • New opportunity creation and management in Salesforce / customer hunting and new application development.
  • Deliver product feature/advantage/value message to customer effectively.
  • Continuously improve win rate by end user visit or leading project progress.
  • Channel Partner Development and Management which includes
    • Working with and managing distributors to ensure sales targets are achieved.
    • Monitoring performance of existing distributors, sales and marketing campaigns.
    • Analyzing new markets and seeking out suitable distributor candidates.
    • Organizing regular distributor trainings to ensure product knowledge stays up to date with channel manager together.
    • Supporting distributors on sales cases by providing timely response to technical and pricing queries.
    • Developing sales tools for distributors with application manager.
    • Joint customer visits with distributors (Key account and Key proejct).
  • Communicating market requirements back to product management teams.
  • Defining and agreeing on marketing actions with marketing and business management.
  • Business performance reporting for your area of responsibility and Internal meetings with your supervisor and/or product management team.
