Job description
Als Produktmanager Deutschland bist du der Produktspezialist für eine Reihe von Marken in unserem Sortiment. Du sorgst dafür, dass unser Portfolio an Solarmodulen, Wechselrichtern, Batterien und Ladestationen perfekt auf die Bedürfnisse des deutschen Marktes abgestimmt ist.
Fragen wie „Wie wichtig ist AFCI für deutsche C&I-Projekte?", „Welches Zertifikat ist erforderlich, wenn mehrere 30-kW-Wechselrichter an einem Standort installiert werden?" oder „Warum entscheidet sich ein Verbraucher für einen Wechselrichter und eine Batterie derselben Marke?" gehören für dich zum Alltag.
Mit deinem Wissen über Zertifizierungen, Gesetze und Vorschriften sowie Kundenbedürfnisse berätst du sowohl Kollegen als auch Kunden bei technischen Fragen und Projektentscheidungen. Du setzt die Wünsche der Installateure in wertvolle Anregungen für die Produktentwicklung um und hilfst Kunden dabei, die richtigen Zertifikate und die beste Beratung zu erhalten. In dieser Rolle arbeitest du eng mit dem Produktmanagement, dem Einkauf, dem Vertrieb und dem Marketing zusammen. Darüber hinaus vertrittst du Libra Energy auf (internationalen) Fachmessen, in Webinaren und bei Schulungen und besuchst regelmäßig Lieferanten und Werke im Ausland, um dein Wissen weiter zu vertiefen.

- Du bist für eine Reihe von Marken innerhalb unseres Produktportfolios verantwortlich: Du bist der Spezialist!
- Monatliche Besprechungen mit unseren Lieferanten über Aktualisierungen im Produktportfolio * Produkteinführungen: Koordination der Einführung neuer Produkte
- Besuche bei Lieferanten (und deren Werken) sowie auf Fachmessen
- Erstellung unserer Roadmap
- Verfolgung von Trends in den Bereichen Technologie und Gesetzgebung
- Durchführung von Schulungen für Kollegen und Beantwortung relevanter Fragen
- Testen und Bewerten neuer Produkte

- Ein abgeschlossenes Fachhochschul- oder Universitätsstudium in Betriebswirtschaft, einem technischen Fachbereich oder einer gleichwertigen Richtung
- Du verfügst über mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Solarenergie/erneuerbare Energien
- Du bist kontaktfreudig und kannst klar über Technologie kommunizieren
- Sie können technologische Aspekte mit kaufmännischen/strategischen Entscheidungen verbinden
- Kenntnisse in Mandarin, Niederländisch oder einer anderen europäischen Sprache sind von Vorteil
