In deiner Rolle arbeitest du eng mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen zusammen und trägst dazu bei, unsere Einkaufsprozesse effizient und zuverlässig zu gestalten.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Erfassung und Pflege von Bestellungen in unserem ERP-System gemäß interner Anforderungen
  • Unterstützung beim Stammdatenmanagement und der Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität
  • Überwachung und Nachverfolgung offener Bestellungen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Analyse von Einkaufs- und Kostendaten verschiedener Warengruppen
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen und Präsentationen zur Entscheidungsunterstützung
  • Unterstützung bei allgemeinen administrativen Tätigkeiten im Einkauf

Wen wir suchen

  • Laufendes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, des Ingenieurwesens oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Einkauf, Supply Chain Management oder Controlling sind von Vorteil
  • Erfahrungen im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen sind ein Plus
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Excel und MS Word
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Lernbereitschaft und Teamgeist
